We offer a 30-day return and refund guarantee on all purchases made through our website. If you're not happy with your RetroX Console, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be in its original, unused condition (including packaging).
- Not be damaged or altered in any way.
- Be returned within 30 days of delivery.
If the product has been used or damaged, it may not be eligible for a refund.
